Work Experience
Senior UX Designer – Attri.ai
- Owned design of Attri’s AI App Builder from 0 to 1 – working alongside 3 developers and 1 manager. Made the call to build the platform around team workspaces rather than isolated sessions, enabling enterprise teams to collaborate. Now serves more than 1000 active users including enterprise clients like Dentons.
- Pitched the Co-build feature to Attri’s CEO and CTO, then built it with 2 developers, bringing human expertise into the workflow when it matters most. Received 40+ requests within a month of launch.
- Built and shipped the Attri.ai website end to end with a manager, using Claude Code – research, copywriting, and visual design. Form submissions up 40%, new signups up 7–8%, average session time nearly tripled.
- Sole designer on an AI-powered GIS platform, working with 3 developers and 1 project manager – delivered from research to high-fidelity prototype in 3 weeks. Now used by US government entities including City of Allen Fire Department. Client raised $1M in funding.
- Defined how the design team works, process, handoffs, and review culture. Mentored 2 junior designers on building sharper design thinking and taste.
UX Designer – Midas Fintech Solutions
- Built the Midas Design System solo, 1800+ interconnected components, theme, and scale – adopted daily by 4 developers across 3 products within 2 months. Cut design time 3X, reduced development rework ~30%.
- Independently solved a component architecture problem Figma wouldn’t address natively for another 3 years.
- Led design of Algocase, a retail investment app, built on algorithmic recommendations. Designed the prototype covering the full user journey in under 2 weeks.
- Shipped a financial monitoring tool used by fund managers overseeing large client portfolios. Identified a critical scanning problem by watching how users actually read the interface and fixed it through smarter visual hierarchy reducing the time to catch anomalies by half.
